What does Trois Mec mean?

Trois Mec means "three guys." It's French slang for three friends. Three homies. Yes, we know we spelled it wrong. We did it on purpose.

How do I make a reservation?

Trois Mec operates on a special ticketing system. We do not take reservations. Dining tickets are purchased online through our website (include direct link here). We sell tickets for parties of 2, 4 or 6. If you do not see available tickets or your desired party size, it means we are currently sold out.

How much does a ticket to Trois Mec cost?

Currently, the menu ticket price is $95 per person. Please note this price will vary based on the menu for each ticket release period. The menu price is subject to 18% service charge and tax at the time of purchase.

How far in advance can I purchase a dining ticket?

Every other Friday morning at 10am PST, we release tickets for a 2-week period that begins 10 days from the release date.

Do you have a waitlist or cancellation list?

No. Please check our Facebook page or Twitter to see if any guests are offering transferred tickets.

Can I buy tickets for 7 or more people?

No, the largest table at Trois Mec is for 6 people. If you have a larger party, you may inquire about buying out the entire restaurant by emailing us at info@troismec.com.

Ticket system log-out times:

Please be aware that you will have 10 minutes to complete the transaction once tickets are selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.

What days are you open?

We are open Monday-Friday for dinner service only.

Why do you use tickets instead of reservations?

Trois Mec is a small space, and we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Ticketing allows us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.

What does my ticket include?

When you purchase a ticket to Trois Mec, it covers your base meal, but it does not include supplemental food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee or tea.

Why is a service charge added?

Service is an integral part of your meal and, since you will not receive a bill for your meal during the dining experience, we are adding an 18% service charge at the time of purchase. In addition, an 18% service charge will be assessed on any additional food and beverage consumed during the course of your meal.

Can I get a refund once purchased? Can I exchange my ticket for a different night?

No. Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final. We cannot cancel your ticket or reschedule it for another night. If you cannot come, we recommend that you transfer your tickets to someone else.

Can I give my ticket away or sell it?

Yes. The ticket is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling tickets for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a ticket from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the ticket through the restaurant's official website. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

Can I partially refund some of my tickets?

Buying two tickets corresponds to a table for two, and four tickets correspond to a table for four. Tickets are transferable, and diners will be seated together on the same table for any set of tickets bought.

How do I transfer my ticket?

To transfer a ticket, log in to your account, go to the "My Account" area using the upper right navigation pane and select "Your Tickets". Each ticket has a transfer button next to it.

What is on the menu?

The menu will vary. We find and source the best ingredients possible to serve one nightly 5-course menu.

Will you accommodate allergies?

If you have a specific and serious allergy, please email info@troismec.com 48 hours prior to your reservation date. We cannot accommodate all allergies, but if there is anything we can do it is better for us to know before you arrive for dinner. Given the severity of risk in modifying a dish that may have an allergic component we are often unable to modify the menu for allergies or dietary restrictions. If we are able to, we will substitute a dish that is safe for you to consume. We cannot accommodate requests for no dairy.

Will you accommodate vegetarians?
